Responsibility has been an uncompromising part of Dimex's core long before sustainability became a daily topic. It has always been self-evident to us that we need to take a long-term view. Our workwear must perform, protect and last better than ever. We have never compromised on that.

We also realized early on that our supply reliability and the quality of our products depend largely on the well-being of our own and our partners' employees. And their well-being is affected not only by working conditions but also by the success and future prospects of their entire community.

That is why we welcome the growing importance of responsibility in all activities in our society. Thanks to constantly developing metrics and standards, we are better able to verify that the work that we have considered central to our operations for decades has produced results and how it continues to progress year after year.

For us, corporate responsibility is not just about meeting official requirements and the expectations of our customers. It is a central part of our corporate culture, one of the cornerstones of everything we do. It touches each of us very closely, increases the meaning of our work and acts as one of the daily drivers that makes us work hard and always strive for better.
