We cannot demand responsible action from our partners unless we ourselves act in an exemplary manner.

Just like everything else, we take responsibility seriously. It's a big part of our daily work and we do it with the same attitude as our clothes.

Although it is known that the team enjoys themselves and feels that they are doing meaningful work at Dimex, we must ensure that we are all always better off.

And that everywhere we operate and have an impact, we are involved in improving general well-being and equality.

It requires input from all of us. The brand can take responsibility for policies, but each of us is responsible for actions and change.

Everyone's work is important, every action matters - only together can progress be made.

Sustainability work is challenging because the work is never finished – things can always be done better, especially good things. That's why the entire team is uncompromisingly committed to this area.

    Our Code of Conduct principles guide all our activities. We continuously monitor and evaluate its implementation and, if necessary, refine its content. We are currently aligning our Code of Conduct principles to meet amfori’s requirements and recommendations.

    We are committed to the standards of amfori, an international organization that promotes the sustainability of supply chains. We have audited all suppliers in our supply chain and ensured that they meet amfori’s BSCI requirements. We are currently updating the requirements of our partners’ environmental programs to meet amfori’s BEPI program requirements.

Customer satisfaction is our most important metric. We do not exist just to make a profit, but to enable our customers to operate with high quality and profitability. Workwear is of course only a small part of most of our customers' business, but it is all the more important that it is seamlessly integrated into their overall operation.

The smoothness of deliveries, the reliability and durability of products, the subcontractor's (i.e. us) commitment to responsible solutions now and in the future will eliminate many headaches and friction factors from our customers' everyday lives. At our best, we also want to act as an inspiration and enabler for our partners. Showing how working with us strengthens their responsibility program, how our ability to cooperate can create new opportunities, how our openness and desire for development can improve their operations and image.

We do not aim for quick profits, but for long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. This is also the basis on which we build our own operations and code of conduct.
