Cooperation, partnership and brand

I’ve had the privilege of working with three successful Finnish safety-sector players for the past 10 years. The cooperation between Snt-Group, 3M and Dimex has already lasted for more than three decades. Dimex has been, and still is, the most important Finnish manufacturer using 3M Scotchlite reflective products in the safety products it makes. During these 10 years we have all seen how high-visibility warning clothing has been adopted by more and more companies. Over the past 10 years we’ve seen the market grow and develop. Dimex has won significant end-customer tenders, and I hope that the quality, reliability of supply and brand of 3M products have also played a part in this. I’d say that our cooperation has already reached a certain level of partnership, which involves open communication about both good and bad news. I see the goal of both companies as bringing well-branded and functional products to the market that increase the user’s safety both at night and during the day. I also believe that strong brands boost sales. Matti Hasu Product Manager 3M Traffic Safety and Security Products   Over 25 years ago, when Timo Krogerus was CEO of what was then Leppävirran Kuljettajapukine Oy, we started working together primarily on striped tapes where one of the stripes could be reflective material. Our cooperation gradually expanded to include cut reflective tapes, piping, waddings and laminated products. When Jukka became CEO and Dimex Oy began its tremendous growth, Dimex Oy became a very important customer for SNT-Group Oy, especially thanks to reflective tapes and piping. There are already around thirty active products delivered weekly by SNT! Many thanks for these years to Jukka and the highly professional staff, especially Sirpa & Jaana, with whom we have worked together for a long time. It is great that there are many long-term customer relationships and through them human relationships. Then there are long-term suppliers and that results in long human relationships. We have come a long way with 3M and Snt Group. It has been a good journey and the journey continues. We buy 3M products from Snt as well as their own products. It works. We are partners.
