Only a small part of it is words, a larger part is gestures, facial expressions, tone of voice, and feeling. It requires a positive attitude and sincere interest in the other person. It can be felt with all senses. It can be present every day, at work and in your free time, even though you often don't think about it. It has an infinitely large and far-reaching impact on many things. It can save someone else's day and make your own a great one. It can turn other people's faces from frowning to smiling. It's a small, simple thing, but it can accomplish big things. All of this is positive interaction. On one of the first warm days of this summer, the entire Dimex team went back to school, namely to the premises of an old school in Leppävirta Harjutalo. We studied what was never really taught in school – interaction skills. We were trained by the irrepressibly funny man from Savo, Ismo Apell. Three hours flew by. The humorous presentation contained real points that left us thinking about in between bursts of laughter, at home in the evening and even the next working day. Even in the midst of a rush, we shouldn't forget what we give out of ourselves. Our own behavior always affects others. Another person's bad day can end very quickly, even at the front door of the workplace, when a coworker just opens the door and smiles. Let's share a good mood with each other! A positive attitude has a wonderful effect. Small good gestures, words and actions create a vicious circle that leads to no one being able to do anything but be in a good mood. It is also important to remember that in addition to self-expression, interaction also involves listening and observing what is not said out loud. After all, interaction cannot be interaction if no one listens to what the other says. We are genuinely interested and want to listen to the customer - with all our senses. Interaction is a skill and we want to become masters at it! I started at Dimex in February 2013. It has been great to be part of this team! I was taken on board right from the start. It is truly true that we have a good team and the best guys at work. The good vibes of the work community are reflected in our customers. We are genuinely happy and have fun. We like doing this work and it is nice to come to work. That is the reason why we provide unique customer service.
