I survived, was inspired and was energised by the coaching

Selvisin, inspiroiduin ja aktivoiduin valmennuksesta

In the last blog I wrote that Dimex is starting to reassess its operations. From time to time a company has to take a few steps back and evaluate its current situation and where it’s heading in the future. Sometimes it also needs someone to lead it through those few steps. During the autumn we’ll go through the sales structure, product design guidelines and people’s responsibilities and roles. We’ve found the right partner for this heavy-duty project.

Trainers’ House answered our call and offered training for the entire staff, which addresses Dimex’s situation in a comprehensive way. We’ve already received a lot of concrete help and insight into our challenges, and the process will continue throughout the autumn. It’s quite common for a company to pick training courses that feel good, but there’s no common thread tying them together, or they’re not properly utilised once the training is over. Now there’s a strong feeling that we won’t stumble into that mistake this time.

Even though Dimex is a healthy and vibrant company, we must take care of ourselves and improve our performance. In practice, there is no static state for companies: you either regress or improve – and there’s no doubt about which team we want to be on.

The blogging continues, but CEO Jukka returns to the helm.

Have an inspiring and refreshing autumn! We’ll see what kind of winds rock us this year, but one thing is certain: it won’t be boring!
