In the last blog I told you that Dimex is starting to reassess its operations. From time to time, a company needs to take a few steps back and assess its current state and where it is headed in the future. Sometimes it also needs someone to guide it through these few steps. During the autumn, we will review the sales structure, product design lines, and the responsibilities and fields of the people. We have found a suitable partner for this journey.
Trainers' House answered our call and offered training that develops the entire staff, which comprehensively addresses Dimex's situation. We have already received a lot of concrete help and insight into the challenges and the process will continue through the autumn. It is quite common for a company to pick up training that seems good, but they are not connected by a common thread or are not properly utilized once the training is over. Now there is a strong feeling that this mistake will not be made this time.
Although Dimex is a healthy and vibrant company, we need to take care of ourselves and improve our performance. Companies are practically never static, they either decline or improve, and it is not clear to us which team we want to belong to.
