Two lower-body garments with D sizing have been added to the Dimex range.
Superstretch trousers 6068X and safety trousers 6340X, available in sizes 56–74.
Compared to the non-D base model, the waist height is higher at the sides and back and slightly lower at the front centre. The waist and hip circumference are larger. The side and inseam lengths are shorter.
Changes have also been made to the larger sizes of safety jackets: the sleeve has been raised at the shoulder, the armhole lifted at the armpit, the chest and hem circumference narrowed, and the sleeve shortened.

The following changes have been made to the large-size coverall: the sleeve has been raised at the shoulder, the chest and waist circumference narrowed, the leg shortened, and the knee pad pockets raised.
