The new year means many kinds of activities. New strategies and action plans need to be made. Visions and missions need to be updated. Production and marketing activities need to be planned and new products for the year need to be introduced. At least a thousand and one excel sheets need to be filled in and of course everyone's favorite, the financial statements, should not be forgotten. Various parties want answers to market research and, as a cherry on top, surprise factors. But one is above all other activities, namely The Operation. The Activity focuses on excellent fun and silly things. The Activity has an authoritative committee that uses its unlimited influence to raise the happiness curve of the entire staff. It is important to plan far in advance and a lot. It would be great if there was something nice to know every month. We started this year with an idea generation. We need small and big things and variety so that there is something for everyone. Since Dimex is experiencing a year of interaction, we decided to ask the whole group for their wishes. The end result is colorful, just like the group itself. You can go skiing, do crafts, hike, do yoga and party, among other things. Luckily, in between all this normal activity, we get to immerse ourselves in The Activity! I've never thrown a challenge in my life, but I think I'll do it now anyway. I challenge all Dimex blog readers to design their own The Activity annual clock. Then just mark it in your calendar and off you go. Have a great start to the year!
