The world is changing at a rapid pace and we are constantly changing like an amoeba, while still holding on to the same DimexAttitude. The economic situation in Finland remained sluggish last year. For some reason, the course is not changing in our country, even though economic growth has been achieved in almost all European countries. We have many things going on internally and more is coming from outside. As an optimist, I believe that gradually, already this year, we will get on a growth trajectory. We will continue to focus entirely on our own work. We clearly have greater opportunities to influence that. Last year was good for Dimex. The entire year was spent in positive sales figures compared to 2014. Towards the end of the year, we got a good boost and our turnover rose to just under a million euros last year. The last days of the year were a wild “hunt”. It ended in a collapse and thus in achieving the goal. The Dimex attitude showed its strength. I thank the Dimex people for their good work. I thank old and new customers for their trust. Customer retention is very important. It was good. Acquiring new customers is a prerequisite for growth. We gained new customers. This year has started with good spirits. The bar has been raised. It has been raised so that it is possible to exceed it. Goals should be “realistically optimistic”. They must require actions, including new ones, throughout the year. They will not and should not come by themselves. Customer focus must be kept at the center. Customer satisfaction must be achieved this year as well. Actions are needed for this. The prerequisite for this is still a good level of staff satisfaction. It seems to be an impossible equation that people who are not feeling well produce good customer satisfaction. People are at the center from all sides. Let's take good care of ourselves this year too. It's good to be kind to ourselves too. There will be plenty of challenges this year too. They are part of life. It's possible that 2016 will be a good year. The beginning has already been good, but the end will come.
