An exciting 6 weeks as an activist are now behind us and I have made some observations.

Note number 1: The phone rings twice as much as before. Others would like to sell a variety of things to potential customers. Just like us.

Note number 2: Days go by so fast when you have 208 things on your mind at once. The number 209 is too much and falls out of your mind.

Note number 3: Our job as an administrator is not a lonely one. I constantly discuss the issues we encounter with people. Together we brainstorm thoughts and ideas from which we choose the best options at that moment. If you can't be serious, it's worth laughing for a while.

I spoke to one of my partners on the phone and he told me that he had been following the generational change process at Dimex with enthusiasm. He said that there are two ways to obtain qualifications, either through training or on-the-job learning. I have been lucky enough to have both and it has made the transition a lot easier. We worked side by side with my father for 8.5 years. That was the time to face many situations and talk a lot. That famous tacit knowledge was certainly passed on in spades.

So what happens now? The name of the company has changed a little at least. In practice, we have been able to influence how this company is managed for a long time. The chosen lines have been agreed upon together, and there have been no major conflicts in their creation. Therefore, no major changes are known.

In the future, we will continue to focus on the customer and do everything we can to ensure that the level of service is commendable. We want to maintain upwardly-oriented figures and ensure the company's competitiveness every day. We want to be innovative and solution-oriented. We want it to be a pleasure to work with us. And we want to do all of this with a good sense of humor. Just like before.

best regards
