About trust
 Dimex is number 5 in Foxa Oy's customer register. Dimex was the fifth customer to place an order for a start-up company. That was very important to us at the time. Many thanks for that.
 
Foxa Oy's roots go back to Finlayson Forssa Oy, which went bankrupt in November 2008. It was a big surprise for everyone – staff, suppliers and customers alike. Even though the company had been going poorly in recent years, no one believed that the 160-year-old institution could end. Yes, it can.
 After the bankruptcy, I wondered what to do now. At first, I expected quick calls from headhunters, contact from those nice guys who had been offering me exciting challenges a few years earlier. They didn't call. They must have lost my phone number. Or maybe it was because my personal best before date had passed.
 
When no job offers came, I considered starting a business. When I was able to attract Marjaana Naatula, who was responsible for product development at Finlayson Forssa, we immediately got down to business. The timing was not the best. At that time, the recession caused by the American housing bubble was at its worst. I remember when we said that things could only get better from this. Well, things have been pretty grey in the republic since then.
 The office was set up in the attic of our house. Then we negotiated financing, drew a logo, purchased a copier, made delivery agreements and took care of the miscellaneous chores related to starting a new company. There was still something missing - we had to get clients. We didn't have much to offer other than our personal professionalism. One of the first clients was Dimex. It must have made Jukka think. But he trusted it.
 
Now, six years later, the valley of the start-up company has been passed and the company is firmly on its feet. Forssa has a versatile fabric laboratory and large fabric warehouses. With the addition of Carrington, our selection of workwear fabrics is probably the widest on the market.
 It has been great to watch Dimex develop over the years. The company has always been well managed and the Dimex brand has been built with admirable perseverance. The hurricane energy of young women who have joined the generational change has blown the dust off the collection and brightened the concept further. Dealing with all the Dimex people is always easy and pleasant. Great team.
 Trust is not a five-year, one-year contract. It must be redeemed anew every morning and every delivery. And if something goes wrong, trust is weighed. Then even difficult tasks must be handled in good agreement without delay.
