In the 2020 survey, we got an average of 3.6. Scale 1-4. This was a 0.1 improvement over last year. We received the best ratings for delivery speed (3.75), contact person and dimex@dimex.fi service (3.8), and customer service by phone (3.9). The lowest scores came in the pricing section, the average was the same as last year (2.9). 75% of respondents feel that they could pay a little more for local production, 55% for responsibility and 41% for ecology if these values were invested in. The most popular answer in all areas was “a few euros more”. In any case, it is important for us to operate competitively and cost-effectively with these values.
