Now it's the turn of the older sibling of the Krogerus clan to write. My sister Tuire suspected that the entire clothing industry would tremble when I arrived at the service. To be honest, there hasn't been any tremor, not even a slight vibration. But luckily, my own pounds have already experienced their first tremor.

The first months in Dimex's active service are over. They have been inspiring, challenging and interesting in every way. The flood of new things has been enormous and it has been a bit of a mess at times, but overcoming difficulties to victory has always been one of my guiding principles in life. I can't wait to see what the future brings! Hopefully some really challenging nuts to crack.
This has given me a lot to think about in terms of sales, marketing and product design, as these are the things we have decided to focus on in the coming year. During the coaching session, we have crystallized our will through the four Ts. STYLISHNESS, SAFETY, FUNCTIONALITY and SATISFACTION. So what does that really mean? Here are some of my thoughts and those that have come up in our discussions.
Stylish clothing is nice to put on when going to work. In work clothes, you feel like a professional and a credible person. First impressions play into the wearer's pocket. Stylish clothing creates a trustworthy image and sends a strong positive message about the company you work for. In good-looking clothing, you walk with your back straight and a twinkle in your eye. It simply feels good.
Safety at work and in leisure time is an increasingly important topic. On dark roads, in the middle of traffic, it is of primary importance to be noticed. The importance of visibility has also been noticed, for example, in ports and the construction industry. In the future, one could imagine that high-visibility clothing will also be used in large halls and industrial yards. They are used to drive various types of work machines and the lighting can be poor at times. In addition to visibility, important properties can be fire protection and antistatic. But in addition to these, it is important, for example, that the product does not contain parts that can easily get caught. At the time of an accident, safe clothing is a real lifesaver.
Functionality has always been close to the hearts of Dimex employees. After all, “functional workwear” has been in our advertisements for a long time. In our free time, we can sometimes put up with abrasive shoes, tight shirts and impractical materials. At work, the situation is different. Functional workwear is undeniably stylish and safe, but it is also comfortable to wear and easy to move in. It is warm or breathable, depending on the need, and it can withstand demanding conditions. Every tool has its own place, your mobile phone is protected and you can slip your ID card into the card holder. Functional workwear is invisible. It does not announce its existence during the day, but serves its user selflessly. Working is effortless and efficient.
Satisfaction brings all of the above together. This is where we focus on service. We want to serve our customers with a relaxed attitude, solid professionalism, absolute reliability and, on top of that, quickly. We are easy to do business with. Especially on a Friday afternoon, you might get a few roaring laughs on top of it, if you can crack a joke. Satisfaction is the whole package. It is affected by the actions of all Dimex employees and we all know this!
