A few years ago I returned from Australia for a summer job and had a layover at Vienna airport. I wondered what the coffee shop employee had to say to me, he answered my questions in a rude manner and was rude to me. As I sipped my coffee I remembered something important, the man was not rude, Australians were just so friendly.

Friendliness is a simple thing in principle, but good service actually stems from a company's values, management and operating methods.

Dimex has been touting the idea of superior service. One that always leaves the customer with a positive feeling. It is also important to remember that if we gave every customer a foot massage at the beginning of the meeting, the customer would still not necessarily feel that they received good service. It is also worth noting that the Asian custom of bowing deeper and saying yes, even though the answer is no, does not make the service superior in Finland.

This fall we will begin to explore how Dimex, as a Finnish company, can deliver a quality brand product combined with better service. Development is never complete.

The holidays brought enthusiasm and new energy to work, and now it's good to head into autumn with a positive attitude. The willpower is there and there's plenty of faith in the future!

Please give us feedback on our service and products, you can never have enough of it.
