I asked the Dimex crew to describe one another. We did it on the sly and anonymously. We really went to town praising each other behind our backs. We’re now presenting our people on the website by team and job role, with photos and descriptions written by their colleagues.
There are 22 of us. The average age is 39. Nine were born in the 1980s, seven in the 70s, three in the 60s and three in the 50s.
We’ve already introduced the production team, pattern makers and sample seamstresses, the Marketing Director and the Production Manager.
Now it's the product designers' turn.
Jaana (Dimex employee since 2001) handles her work with a confident, expert touch, a professional person who is very easy to approach. She excels in difficult situations.
Heli (a Dimexian since 2010) is a precise analyst who gets down to business briskly. She conjures up great things even from very vague instructions.
Mervi (at Dimex since 2013) exudes potential and tackles new challenges with a brisk attitude. A fitting combination of courage and the ability to listen.
