I asked Dimex people to describe each other. The work was done secretly and anonymously. We praised each other behind our backs, and we did a great job. We now present the team on the website by team and job role, using pictures and descriptions of our colleagues. There are 23 Dimexians. Our average age is 38. There is one person born in the 90s, nine in the 80s, seven in the 70s, three in the 60s, and three in the 50s. He is calm, but lively. It is easy to discuss things with Paatu if necessary and things work out as agreed. Team manager Mika (with Dimex since 2003) is a Savo-based talker. He sticks to the point, likes kebab, is relaxed and cheerful, and dares to speak his mind. Tiina (with Dimex since 1997) is a fast-moving, energetic person who makes things happen. She's incredibly quick. Tiina is a nice person to talk to and always answers questions with a smile in the morning. Marketta (with Dimex since 1982) is always in a good and relaxed mood. Marke is an original representative of Kuljettaja Pukine. He is a nice and helpful guy.
