I asked Dimex people to describe each other. The work was done secretly and anonymously. We praised each other behind our backs, and we did a great job. We now present the team on the website by team and job role, using pictures and descriptions of our colleagues. There are 23 of us. The average age is 39. There are 10 born in the 80s, 7 in the 70s, 3 in the 60s and 3 in the 50s. We have already introduced the production team and pattern masters. Now it is the turn of the sample seamstresses. Our seamstresses make samples for catalog products and customer models, support product design and help make the product suitable for serial sewing, and repair complaint products. Kaija (a member of Dimex since 1988) has good ideas. She is reliable and clear. With solid professional skills, she succeeds. Ilona (a member of Dimex since 2011) lives up to her name.
