I asked Dimex people to describe each other. The work was done secretly and anonymously. We praised each other behind our backs, and we did a great job. We now present the team on the website by team and job role, using pictures and descriptions of our colleagues. There are 23 Dimexians. Our average age is 38. There is one person born in the 90s, nine in the 80s, seven in the 70s, three in the 60s, and three in the 50s. First we introduced the production team and now it's the turn of the model masters. Pattern makers design products, meaning they have a major impact on the fit of products. They do production-supporting work such as layouts and serialization. Tuija (Dimex employee since 1987) is a hard worker, always ready to help and an otherwise positive person. She takes on any task and is a pleasure to work with. Riika (Dimex employee since 2011) has a great sense of humor. She is energetic, quick-witted and eager to learn new things, always ready for new projects.
