I asked Dimex people to describe each other. The work was done secretly and anonymously. We praised each other behind our backs, and we did a great job. We now present the team on the website by team and job role, using pictures and descriptions of our colleagues.
There are 23 of us. The average age is 39. There are 10 people born in the 80s, 7 in the 70s, 3 in the 60s and 3 in the 50s.
