I asked Dimex people to describe each other. The work was done secretly and anonymously. We praised each other behind our backs, and we did a great job. We now present the team on the website by team and job role, using pictures and descriptions of our colleagues. There are 23 of us. The average age is 39. There are 10 people born in the 80s, 7 in the 70s, 3 in the 60s and 3 in the 50s. We have already introduced the production team, pattern masters, sample seamstresses, marketing director, production manager and sales team. Now it's the turn of the board, which consists of owners Jukka, Riitta and Tuire and external members Sari and Pertti. Jukka (a member of Dimex since 1986) takes the staff into account and sees the bigger picture. He is fair and straightforward, and is never afraid to talk about difficult issues. Tuire (Dimex member since 2008) An enthusiastic idea maker – a powerhouse. The click of high heels tells you that Tuire has arrived. Inspiring and ready to talk. Riitta (Dimex member since 2009) strong-willed, calm thinker. Lots of new ideas and lovely lashes. Creative. Pertti (Dimex since 2012) is an analyst, knows how to think calmly. He looks at things from many angles and then moves on. He doesn't get scared by small things, he's convincing.
