In August, I will have been working at Dimex for 19 years. Time has flown by. The years include many different situations, events and people. My own job description has also changed nicely over the years. I haven't been able to get bogged down in the same rut. We are talking about the Dimex tribe and we are the beginning and the root of it. Our close-knit sales team includes people of all ages and different personalities. I want to introduce them to you from my own perspective, we are in so much contact every day that we can already talk about a kind of Dimex family.   Eija has been in the company for half a year longer than I have. Her area of responsibility is the Outlet. She works there every day, energetically, and hardly anyone leaves the door without a Dimex product under their arm. Eija is a top-notch customer service person. In her free time, Eija reads a lot and leads a fitness club.   Taivo is our salesman in Estonia. Taivo visits the Leppävirta office a few times a year. His area of responsibility is the entire Baltic region and the office is located in Tallinn. Taivo is a cheerful Dimex employee who speaks Finnish very well. In his free time, he skis and cycles.   Joonas is our IT nerd. He once worked in production and was recruited as a bright young man to join the sales team. Joonas enjoys working in Leppävirta, surrounded by women. His area is Northern Finland, which he visits a couple of times a year. Joonas is an invaluable help when it comes to computers and software problems. In his free time, he fishes.   Jenni has been working for us for a few years and during that time she has already managed to bring a couple of teenagers into the world. Jenni can do anything. She takes on tasks very calmly and calmly and does them with ease. Things just happen. In her free time, she does a lot of exercise. You can't compete with Jenni on how to pole dance...   Kim is our Tampere salesman. She has been in the company for a few years now. Kim visits us in Leppävirta every now and then, but most of the time she is on the road in the customer area. Kim is very calm, peaceful and businesslike, but there is a twinkle in the corner of her eye :) Kim is haka in Russian. As for sports, all I know is that she has been involved in wrestling.   Lotta came to help us a year ago, for example at the outlet. It so happened that the lively young woman stayed with us and started studying with an apprenticeship last autumn. Lotta is seen a lot in the customer area, for example by phone and email. Lotta has a couple of cats, who keep Lotta's evenings surprising. Cars and horses seem to be close to Lotta's heart as well.   Jasmin is our latest and youngest newcomer. She joined our team last fall and, as a really handy person, started studying for a degree in business administration at the beginning of the year. Like Lotta, she is also in the customer area a lot via phone and email. Jasmin is also an animal lover, with two cats at home. It is important to each of us in the team that our customers receive good and friendly service from us. That is the core of our service. We constantly receive feedback on this, just as we do on concrete Dimex products. It is also important to us that our work community includes colleagues who value each other. In my opinion, we do this well. But without you, our dear customers, we wouldn't be here at Dimex, so we're here to hear and see you :) -Anne Lamberg-
