This year's theme has been encouragement.

We all need encouragement and we all have the opportunity to act in an encouraging manner. In all cooperation, when we play to make each other better, the right kind of positive and encouraging spirit is needed. Our customers also need encouragement. The theme becomes true, that is, a genuine part of our culture, if encouragement is a truly important thing for us and not just a given factor that was talked about at the beginning of the year in connection with the goals.

Together we created very concrete things as manifestations of the implementation of the incentive:

POSITIVITY, INTEREST, HELPING, ENCOURAGEMENT,

THANKSGIVING, ENTHUSIASM, ATTENTION

There is a time for encouragement and we must be alert in those moments when there is room and need for it. This is each of our responsibility. We do not always succeed in this, but when we hold on to a valuable theme together, we succeed more and more often and better. When the pressures of everyday life increase, there are many things to take care of, time is not enough and the limits of competence are tested, encouragement has its time. Encouragement is suitable both in moments of success and in those moments when things are not going well or there are setbacks in general.
